Fellow Studios guests Terms & Conditions
1. Fellow Studios reserves the right to refuse entry.
2. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Fellow Studios is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
3. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class for safety and security. No late entry is permitted.

4. Fellow Studios is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
5. All purchases are final. Fellow Studios does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
6. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.
7. Passes and memberships may not be shared. Anyone caught sharing memberships will be denied entry and forfeit their pass or membership permanently.
8. Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 30 minutes before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class. Members or Trial Membership holders will not be able to book another class on the same day. Members and intro pass holders will have their booking privileges suspended if they no show or late cancel two classes in any two week period.
9. No entry is permitted after the class-start time. You may only leave a class early under emergency circumstances, as the building is locked for safety and security during class.
10. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash.
11. In attending classes at Fellow Studios, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Fellow Studios or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
12. Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs.
13. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class, as there is no late admittance. The studios are open 15 minutes before class start times.
14. Check-in at reception for all classes.
15. No personal belongings in the studios other than water and towel. There will be space in Fellow reception for small items such as keys, wallets and phones. Please ensure that your phone is switched to airplane mode, or completely off.
16. No glass water bottles.
17. Listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions.
18. You may lie down at any time to take rest, but commit to staying in the room for the entire class

19. If you are practicing on a Fellow mat please wipe it down with products provided and also the space surrounding your mat if you have sweated a bit.

21 Day Intro
1. This membership is available to new students to Fellow Studios only.2. Only one Intro Membership per person.
3. The 21 Day Intro is valid for 21 days as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of purchased pass.
4. This membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled classes in Fellow Studios but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.
5. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on the one month intro membership for any reason.
6. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships and does so expressly without the consent of Fellow Studios will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.
7. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 30 minutes before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class. Members or Trial Membership holders will not be able to book another class on the same day. Single Class
1. Single classes expire in 1 months of purchase.
2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.
3. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 30 minutes before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class. Members or Trial Membership holders will not be able to book another class on the same day. Members and intro pass holders will have their booking privileges suspended if they no show or late cancel two classes in any two week period.
10 and 20 Class Pass

1. 10 class passes and 20 class passes expire in 6 months of the activation of the pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.
2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason. In extreme cases expired classes can be credited to another pass once it is purchased.

Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 30 minutes before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class. Members or Trial Membership holders will not be able to book another class on the same day. Members and intro pass holders will have their booking privileges suspended if they no show or late cancel two classes in any two week period.
4. If you have added a donation to your Class Pass, this payment will be used to provide funding for charitable organisations chosen by Fellow Studios and sometimes students. These organisations will be within Australia, but may provide services outside Australia. This payment is non-refundable.

Fellow Studios No Contract Memberships
1. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Fellow Studios is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
2. The minimum term is 12 consecutive weeks. No suspensions within the first 12 weeks.
3. Fees• 2x Class per Week Membership is $84.00 on an autopay schedule every 14 days. This allows you 2 class's per week, accessing
regularly scheduled classes in the Studio. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats,
teacher training or other special events.FOUNDATION UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS- Fellows Studios opening memberships are $78.00 on an autopay schedule every 14days. This allows you unlimited classes per week. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats or other special events. Foundation memberships can only be claimed once, if a foundation membership is terminated by a Fellow guest this membership is no longer available or claimable again.• Unlimited Membership is $114.00 on an autopay schedule every 14 days. This allows you unlimited classes per week,
accessing regularly scheduled classes in the studio. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.
Membership fees will be charged to your bank account once per fortnight via a third party biller Ezidebit. No additional transaction fees are charged for auto-debits.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the fortnightly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Fellow Studios reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed.
4. Failed transactions: If your auto-debit is directly from your bank account and is declined or has insufficient funds, the transaction will fail and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, Ezidebit is unable to absorb these costs and applies a $14.80 fee for these failed transactions. If your auto-debit is from a debit card and is declined or has insufficient funds a charge of $5 will be added to your account for each failed attempt.
The terms and conditions of our third party biller Ezidebit form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found in hard copy at reception or on the bottom left of our website www.fellowstudios.com.au titled Ezidebit T&C’s.
5. Fellow Studios is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
6. If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Fellow Studios may in its absolute discretion, process payment
anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.
7. If auto-debit payments fail, Fellow Studios may in its absolute discretion cancel the membership.
8. At the end of 12 weeks: After 12 consecutive weeks, the membership will automatically continue on a 14 day basis until you opt to terminate the membership. Membership termination may be done via correspondence via email or face to face conversation. Only when you receive a cancelation confirmation email will your membership at Fellow Studios be cancelled, 30 days notice is required. By
terminating this option you will still be able to attend classes until your current payment period ends. Terminations will not be accepted via Facebook, instagram or phone.
9. Suspensions: After the first 12 weeks of this membership, the membership may be suspended via a written request via email to hello@Fellowstudios.com.au for a minimum of two weeks (14days). Suspensions must be made in 14-day increments only. i.e. , 2 weeks, 4 weeks – maximum 6 weeks per year. Fellow Studios cannot pro-rate day usage. We require up to 7 days notice prior to the suspension date request. Suspensions will not be accepted via Facebook, phone or any medium other than email.

13. Queries: All queries in regards to the contract are to be addressed in writing to hello@fellowstudios.com.au and will be answered via email to ensure validity. The studio is not responsible for agreements made orally or outside of this correspondence including teachers and reception staff.

Gift Cards
1. All Gift Cards expire in 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.
3. Booking etiquette: Please book before 24hours of the time you wish to receive your service.
4. Cancellations: Must be made prior to 24hours of your booking time to organize a rescheduling. If a cancellation is made within the 24hours of your appointment Fellow Studios reserves the right to deny a reschedule or refund of the service.
